A Note on Google Docs

We are using spreadsheets on Google Docs to keep track of you guys this year. We're hoping that the fantastic free features Google offers will make it easy for us to add up all those points! However, we know of at least one instance where Google Docs is blocked by a company firewall. If you can't access the forms, call Lori Cherry, (559) 906-1491 or Tony Molina, (559) 436-8420 for help getting set up.

Pick a Captain and a Team Name

Team/Captain Registration FormIf you would like to participate in the Corporate Challenge, you must choose a team captain and a team name. If you are riding solo or in a two-rider team, you should just enter Individual or Duo as the team name. In this case you don't have to choose a captain. Okay, captain. Ready? Complete the first form.

Scope the Competition

The CompetitionSee if your company already has a team, and see who else is registered. This won't automatically reflect new registrations... it's only updated once a day or so.

Rider Check In

Here's the most critical piece of the whole puzzle. When you get to work on May 15th, you must complete the Rider Check In form. This will tell us who completed the ride and exactly how many miles were covered by bike and bus. This is what we need to calculate points and determine the team category winners. This form won't be available until the Morning of the 15th.
