It's time for our biannual joint ride with the Merced Bicycle Coalition!
Fresno County Bicycle Coalition Members (Join Us) are invited to journey to Merced on October 3rd. The Merced Bicycle Coalition will be meeting the Amtrak San Joaquin 701 northbound train, which leaves Fresno at 9:10 AM and arrives in Merced at 10:08 AM. We plan to return on train 716, which leaves Merced southbound at 4:13 PM.
The Merced Bicycle Coalition will be leading us on a ride in and around their fine city, with lots of stops for donuts, coffee, lunch, sight-seeing, and talking. They've been coming to Fresno in the Spring, and we've been going to Merced in the Fall, for a few years now.
Amtrak California (San Joaquin) offers convenient travel with your bicycle. You do not need to box your bike. Just roll it aboard the bike car.
